~Trusting God~
Welcome back!! I hope you have enjoyed reading the two former blogs I wrote! I was thinking and praying what I should write next. . . It is a very important (and sometimes hard) issue to deal with. “Trusting God,” is the next thing I want to talk about that will make us “beautiful in his time!” Trust is sometimes a hard thing to give someone and so, sometimes, we act in unbelief because of our lack of faith and trust in God. Faith and Trust are a lot alike yet they are both different. Faith is something you hope for but you haven’t seen. Trust is giving it up to someone and believing in that person to do what they said, which is also acting in faith! Have you ever had a best friend that lied to you or didn’t do what they said? How did it affect your relationship? Was it hard for you to have faith in that person or trust them after that? At some point or another, I think we have all had one of those kinds of people cross our paths. We are all different, and of course, we all make mistakes. *Though we are not to stay down, sometimes it is hard to get up and go again, especially if everyone knows…and, it will always be hard trying to prove your worth to someone after something happens. But we are to ask God to help us (if we really mean it) and pray that he allows the other person to see that.* Okay, that was a free tip! Now, back to trust… If you place your complete trust and faith in a person and they continually lie to you or don’t do the things they promise to do, your faith and trust will disappear, and rightly so! Let’s use a normal relationship for example… Everything is fine and you completely trust and have faith in your boyfriend/girlfriend and the relationship is great—until…. Until one of the friends become dishonest, untrustworthy and cheat. Your hope, faith and trust in that person are going to be shot. They ruined the perfect relationship yall had together. You gave them your complete trust and they break it! That is so painful to go through…because you will have tons of thoughts running through your mind. Why would they do it to me? Was I not good enough? What went wrong? If I give them my trust again, what will happen? Why did they lie instead of admit it? Why? Why? Why? You live in turmoil over the situation just because someone broke the trust! Now, they can become very sorry (and really mean it) and want forgiveness. The Bible expects us to forgive; but we are humans and that is not going to always be the easy thing to do! But, praise the Lord, we do have the courage and grace to forgive them and trust them again if we can see they have really changed. Im not just saying this, I have experienced what Im talking about and yes, you can still love and forgive that person and even give them trust again. But sometimes when we do give them that trust back, it’s not a complete and total trust. It’s more on a trial bases… We want to take a step back and see if they can ever be trusted again and rightly so. That’s why it’s so important to be faithful and trustworthy!! But that’s the way it is with humans, we all make mistakes! But, there is one person that you can place your faith and trust in and He will never fail you no matter what! And Im sure you know who He is by now….his name is God! Yep, he is the one and only person that you can completely and totally trust and never have to wonder if he will keep his word or if he will break your trust! He always knows what’s best for us even when we think we know it all! Nobody knows it all, we are not even promised tomorrow! God is the only one that sees the future, our lives and the big picture. He knows everything we think, say and do and what problems we will face in life. And he already knows all the answers….and since we don’t, we are to place our faith and trust in him to always see us through. We need to trust that God will never leave us. Hebrews 13:5 “…I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” We need to realize that God will never let us down! He will always be there for us whenever we go through our problems. As humans, sometimes we feel that no one is there for us or that God himself has forsaken us. But that’s not true, feelings do not override facts! God said he would never leave us and he never will. He is a great God that will always see us through. We should also trust the Lord to lead us in the right way! Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” We should trust that he knows what’s best concerning our life and that he will lead us in the way we are supposed to go. When we are standing at a crossroad, we are sometimes torn which way to go…just place your trust in the Lord and let him guide you on in this journey of life. He will always do what he said. We can trust him to protect us. Proverbs 29:25 “The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe.” With man comes fear…. Fear of the future, fear of being alone, fear of the unknown, fear of others, and fear of death. Sometimes, we don’t know what to do or who to turn to! The devil uses fear to destroy our emotions and mind! We must place our faith and trust in God to protect and give us life’s answers as we go along. Psalm 34:4 “I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.” God will deliver us if we ask him too and seek him with our hearts! We can trust him to be our friend! Proverbs 18:24 “A man that hath friends must show himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.” Everyone needs a friend!! Sometimes our friends are closer than our family! We feel we can tell them stuff we cannot tell our family. But sometimes, even our friends and family turn their backs on us! We must look to Jesus to be our friend and he said he was the friend that “sticketh closer than a brother.” He will always be there when no one else is! Although there are dozens of things to trust God for, I wanted to tell you of one more thing… We can also trust God to save us!! Psalms 34:6 “This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.” That’s an awesome verse! God will always be there to rescue and save us! All we have to do is trust him to and he will! He will always be there; he will never leave us or break his promises! Are you trusting God with your life?

~The Right Foundation~
The first post I wanted to write about is “The Right Foundation.” If we don’t have the right foundation in our lives, then nothing else will matter. If you build a house on a bad foundation, sooner or later, it will fall. And like our lives, if we don’t have the right foundation, which is Jesus Christ, we too will crumble and fall apart. We must build our life on Jesus and depend upon him to help us through the hard times. The bible says in I Corinthians 3:11 “For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” We can have other things as the foundation in our lives but they will only last for a little while until they fall apart. Jesus is the only foundation that will stand the hard times and that will be a secure foundation and that will last forever! Is Jesus Christ the foundation for your life? If not, he can be today! 2 Timothy 3:19 “Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.” Just four simple steps to making him the sole foundation of your life! #1, You must realize you’re a sinner! Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Ever since Adam sinned in the garden, many years ago, we inherited a sin nature and everyone is born with it. The only one that has never sinned is Jesus Christ. He was the perfect Son of God. Even the “best of the best” is a sinner too! And because we are sinners, we cannot enter Heaven, the beautiful city of God. Heaven has no pain, sickness, heartache, crying, death, etc. Even though everybody wants to go there, not everybody will and the simple fact is because they will not accept Jesus and what he has done for them :( They’d rather do it their own way and they end up dying lost without the Lord and burning forever in the lake of fire. How terrible! #2, You must realize sin has a price! Just like as a child, if you disobeyed you parents, you got punished, the sin we do has a price and that price is death in Hell where there is no escape. God is holy and cannot let sin into Heaven. Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death…” Just like when you work, you get paid; the payment for sin is death! But God loved us all so much that He gave his only begotten Son to die the horrible death for us so we could go to Heaven if we accept him as Savior. #3, You must accept that Jesus paid that price for us! God gave up his Son to die in our place! He is so awesome! I mean, can you imagine giving up your child or very best friend to die for everyone, even those that hated you?? God did that for us! We have one or two choices: accept the payment that Jesus paid for us or try to pay for it ourselves in Hell! I pity those who try to do it their own way only to miss Heaven by seventeen inches!! *Its seventeen inches from your head to you heart!* John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” That’s wonderful news! #4, We must repent and accept Gods way! Luke 13:3 “…Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.” Repentance is the key word! That’s what we have to do to except Gods free gift of eternal life! Repentance simply means turning from our way to Gods way. Romans 10:13 “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Whosoever means anybody and everybody!! It doesn’t matter what you do, where you have been, what you look like, who you parents are, Gods grace will always be greater than our sin and everyone can be saved if they only accept, repent, and believe!! Will you turn from your way to Gods way? Will you let him be the building foundation for your life? Its simple, just pray and repent of your sins and really mean it and believe in your heart. And the Bible says you will be saved! You will be in Heaven one day and Jesus will be the building foundation for your life! So when everyone around you is falling apart, you will be standing strong on your faith and foundation in Jesus Christ! I’m not going to say the Christian life is a bed of roses…because it’s not always easy living for Christ but it is definitely worth it in the end! I take that back, the Christian life is a bed of roses…but we all know that roses have thorns! My best friend gave me a gorgeous red rose the other day! Though its one of the prettiest flowers God made, it had big ugly thorns! Now, I didn’t throw the rose away just because it had a few thorns! As in the Christian life, there’s going to be heartbreaks and sorrows that come our way. But we don’t have to give up on God because of a few “thorns” in our life. We are to trust God to help us through all the bad times and he will! We need to trust and follow after God! Do you have the right foundation??

About ~beautiful in his time~
Im Hannah:) This is my first ever blog and Im praying it turns out good!! I just want this to be an encouragement to all that read and to other girls like me that struggle to do right. We are all human and we make mistakes. Im glad we have a loving Father that forgives us and cares about what we face! Feel free to comment:) My email is daddysprincess@cleaninter.net if you would like to correspond or ask questions:) I hope you all enjoy this too and it inspires you to be your best for Christ! I took the phrase "beautiful in his time" from Ecclesiastes 3:11 which says: ~He hath made everything beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the begining to the end.~ Im so glad that God let me come across this verse, This phrase (beautiful in his time) tells me that even though we go through heartbreaks, pain, and trying times, God knows everything and can see more than we can and he can make all the bad turn into good if we choose to give our lives to him and let him work through us! And even though we make mistakes and we have painful scars, He will make everything "beautiful in his time!" That verse is so special to me:) We will know all the answers in the end. Enjoy. . .
